Are Shuly Wigs natural human hair?

Shuly Wigs New York carries three different lines of wigs. All are natural human hair chosen from the finest sources.

• The Luxury Collection which is unprocessed virgin European hair.
• The Studio Line Collection which is the highest quality processed hair.
• The Star Pro Collection which is mainly intended for hair stylists to be used in editorial work.

We do NOT manufacture synthetic hair.

Do you carry other company's wigs?

Since we are the manufacture of our own wigs, only Shuly Wigs brand are sold in our flagship salon.

Besides selling the Shuly Wigs do you offer any other services?

Shuly Wigs is a full service salon offering all types of wigs related Styling, Coloring, and Repair services, all done in our salon by our expert staff. For full details please refer to our service page.

Do you only service Shuly Wigs?

Our expert staff will gladly service any human hair wig. It does not have to be a Shuly brand.

Do I need to make an appointment?

In order to lessen your wait time, it is recommended that you call or email for an appointment before visiting our salon. However, we do service walk in customers as well.

What is your return policy?

Customers reserve the right to exchange or receive store credit on a wig that has not been manipulated (i.e. cut, chemically treated, worn, etc.) within 10 days of purchase. The wig must be returned in its original condition, including tags. Please refer to our full return policy.

Do you guarantee your wigs?

At Shuly’s we stand behind our quality wigs and will cover any issues that may have been caused due to manufacturing fault for 1 year from the time of purchase.Please refer to our full warranty policy.

I am a wig wholesaler, how do I open an account with Shuly Wigs?
