Our live customer service department are available Mondays through Thursdays 9:00 AM-5:30 PM and Sundays 10:00 AM-4:30PM EST. We are closed on Fridays and Saturdays. Our online ordering facility is available Sundays through Fridays and is closed on Saturdays and other major Jewish holidays. Please refer to our contact page for our full calendar schedule.
Order Processing time
For wig purchase that requires no cut and style or other customization (optional), orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. For wig purchase that will require cut and style or other customization, orders will be shipped within 3 -5 business days. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you within 1 business day, and give you an estimated time of the arrival of your desired wig. You will have an option of waiting for your wig to come in or get immediate refund.
We at Shuly Wigs New York are confident about the quality of our high-end wigs and hair pieces which are made from the best human hair and are crafted by the best professionals in the hair industry, and we proudly stand behind our products.
*All Wigs are covered under 1 year warranty for any issues that may be caused due to manufacturing fault.
*We will also cover minor alterations within 30 days of the purchase such as cap size adjustment, add baby hair and re-cut at no charge. For more advanced customization please refer to our service page or contact us directly.
*Accessories manufactured by third parties are not under any warranty by Shuly Wigs, but may have a manufacturer warranty. It is up to the customer to claim it directly from the manufacturer.
*The life of our quality wigs depends on how well you maintain it, i.e. how often it’s being washed, the type of shampoo and conditioner you use and if you dye the wig, the quality of the dye and how it’s being applied etc. Therefore our warranty can only be honored on wigs that are being serviced by us. When we receive a wig with an issue within the 1 year warranty, it will be inspected by one of our expert technicians to determine the cause of the problem. If we find the problem to be due to manufacturing fault we will fix the issue or replace the wig -at our discretion- at no cost to you. However if we conclude that the problem was caused due to poor maintenance, styling or mistreatment, the warranty will render null and void. Please note Shuly wigs shall be the sole arbitrator to determine the cause. Nonetheless we will still be happy to accommodate all repairs (for warranty issues and beyond), however this is subject to additional fees, which we will let you know prior to commencing the repair.
*We do not warranty a wig that was poorly cut and styled by others outside of our salon.
*Please note Shuly Wigs shall be the sole arbitrator to determine the cause of the problem and whether the warranty is applicable.
*With issues that are covered under warranty, customers will be responsible for shipping the wig to us and Shuly wigs will take responsibility for shipping the wig back to the customer
*We use UPS ground for all our shipping need. An expedited shipping is available at extra cost.
At times it may be necessary to modify our Terms and Conditions, which will be posted on this page. We therefore reserve the right to do so at any time without notice. By visiting our website and when making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to become bound to the “current version” of our Terms and Conditions. And unless otherwise stated, all previous versions shall be replaced by the current version. You are therefore encouraged to review the Terms and Conditions policy whenever you visit our site.
